On the contrary, it should be avoided foods like:
- Refined flours.
- Soft drinks, even if they are diet.
- Foods high in sodium.
- Excess of salt and sugar.
- Artificial sweeteners.
- Fried foods.
On the other hand, the foods that help prevent fluid retention are:
- Aloe Vera.
Also, remember to always keep your skin well hydrated with natural water, whether it is winter or summer. In this way, you will also avoid the dryness and irritation in the skin that the chlorine from the pool can cause you.
